Had the boom fully extended- no wonder it pulled the truck when falling

I've pulled stumps a few times but that's completely different than holding a tree while it's being cut and shock loading the boom. I wonder if they were trying to push the tree away from the house and somehow the end of the boom got caught and pulled it over. Stupid either wayAnother Canadian driver Thanks this. -

Ive dropped larger trees, in more confined areas without any problems... Granted, each tree poses its own difficulties. But to me it doesnt seem the crane was ever needed to begin with.
