    Dow is a pain in the rear chemical company. I'm sure you have seen the red diamond with Dow in white letters in the middle

    OK now I see.Well if dow is in the danger zone the plant is submerged in water.Showed one place with docks and water is all the way up to the dock plate.

    I wonder what hurricane is worse,Katrina or Harvey.

    Well, FEMA said Katrina caused $108 Billion dollars in damages. So it will take a while to add up all the costs associated with Harvey, as it is still causing damage.

    It's too early to say for Harvey. All the damages have to be tallied up before it can be said how bad it was.

    But this is the third year in a row Houston has had flooding. You would think the city would have had a plan in place before now. As for shelter locations and any other resources or better water diversion. The addicks and barker reservoir are being drained. But they are still rising from all of the water.

    Normally if a city knows a storm is coming in they will clean out all of the drains and lower retention ponds or reservoirs before the storm rolls in. IMG_20170828_102856_hdr.jpg
