Can anyone tell me if it comes with a converter box? I really don't care about the tv just want to be able to plug in fridge and toaster oven.

What is "it" you're asking about?

Most do but at the very least you’ll have access to 12v power. There’s no shortage of 12v appliances on the market but many of them are on the cheap side in terms of quality. The 120v setup is slowly becoming a reality as more and more companies spec their trucks with factory installed fridges and auxiliary power units (apu) in an effort to reduce the waste created by idleing the trucks.
I used a 12v Coleman cooler for many years before finally getting a built in fridge and a few 120v outlets. The Coleman always did me well with food and beverage storage.
