Well please excuse my ignorance, but what’s “heavy load” status?

Ohh you mean on the forum; I’ve been here on and off for the past two years

Just one; it hasn’t been a full two years, I think I made this account when I was in truck driving school back when I was 20, just a couple more months to go

Do not buy an inverter until you know company policy. The WILL NOT let you install one, I can guarantee that. Trucks have burned to the ground with improperly installed inverters. Also, inverters are not a returnable item under most circumstances. I'm not trying to be a harda$$ farmerjohn, but, have you EVER read your Company Driver Manual, or ANY of the stack of paperwork you were issued at Orientation? Almost EVERYTHING you need to know is in all of that. Most important in all of that information, is what you CAN'T DO! I promise you, there is an Inverter Policy somewhere in there.

Make sure to pick up some of those throwaway aluminum loaf pans. And reynolds plastic oven bags are great for things like boneless chicken breasts

I agree with the bags or whatever you can use to keep it clean.
Designed by a non cleaning individual. Not saying a man...but just sayin lol. I still have one in case I don't want to use the genny but it's my 2nd one. First one just got too icky where the food works under the gasket inside the plastic box. New one is insulated with fireproof expand a foam. Cooks faster and the metal pans can't come out. And foil, lots of foil lol.
