So I have a 2002 w900b daycab that the cab shakes pretty bad when going over rough patches of road. I've done shocks the whole way around the truck. AG100 suspension everything has been rebushed. 8 new virgin drives and the steers are virgins I got off a guy he had laying around that only had 100 miles on them. I put a new leveling valve on the cab along with a new shock and a new sway bar link and 2 new rubber bushings in the front of the cab. New kingpins and one new tie rod end. Had everything aligned after repairs were made. Been messing with the air ride moving it up and down and it doesn't seem to make a difference. My steering box has a little slop In it which I am gonna get one next Monday but I wouldn't think it would cause it to.shake the way it does. Just looking to get other people's point of view to get my gears turning some more on this thanks!

Also the truck doesn't have a vibration driving just shakes bad on rough road. I've driven an ag400 that rides really nice and I figured mine should be similar to it.

I had the tranny out and both rears apart rebuilt them and there all tightened up. Motor mounts are tight

Short wheel base? Fifth wheel too far back? Is the truck new to you or is this something that developed slowly. On a 2001 t600 my ride got bad on rough roads it was the torque bar over the rear end in my case the bushings were shot.

It's a short wheel base truck but It should deffinatley ride better than it does and I just did all the bushings in the suspension on the rear.

The fifth wheel is centered up right between the 2 drives
