Hey guys I just purchased a new used truck... the truck has been cleaning on the inside by the dealership. Should I have the mattress steam cleaned and than add new sheets on top? Or is that not an option and just replace it?
It seems dirty and doubt they would detail a mattress while cleaning the truck..
Truck cleaning, clean the mattress or replace?

Watch you may cut your finger on some dry stuff. Throw it out man.
QuietStorm Thanks this. -
Throw the mattress in a dumpster. Throughly clean, with disinfectant, the area where the mattress was, then buy a new mattress.

SMH.... Did you Really have to ask that?

While topic of truck cleaning is brought up, I wondered if anyone has a preferred way to scrub up the floors.
I have few floor mats that catch most of the dirt now and makes it much easier, but I might go over the floor and the cab in detail. Previously, I've used hot water and Armorall.
Otherwise, I'm at the home terminal that has a wash bay and plan to get the outside crud off tomorrow. -

Thanks for the replies guys. I knew I should throw it out but thought maybe a steam cleaning would get the job done.

If the mattress is standard bed like a twin long. I would look at buying a Casper or one of the bed in a box from online. The are cheap and all foam should be better then any regular truck sleeper mattress
