Truck Color and Uniform required

    I can see them getting upset about the truck color, but if it truly is not in the contract then tell them so. If they insist, quote them a price at least 2x what the body shop would charge to paint the truck. The extra being the inconvenience and downtime of having it painted.
    Also, don't expect them to renew the contract in any case. You need them more than they need you and they know it.

    And I hope you can see why a home improvement store whose colors are green and white would not want a rep of their company driving around in their competitors colors.

    Orange like Home Depot? You know, their competition?

    Sounds like you need to get very familiar with your contract and exactly what all is in it. And if you’re fighting over every little thing I would probably be figuring out what to do when this contract is up.
