New Mexico IS a tough state--for truckers.
All the job ads that I see for Western Dairy Tranport are for positions in Texas, Utah....or Idaho.
You can go ahead and give them a try (nothing ventured, nothing gained)--but if NM is your goal, you may have to go with Dot Transportation, instead.
Of the suggestions that Chinatown has made (all good)--these two above I would bet....are the best--for your situation.
