Last week, I walked in on a In-bound gaurd talking foul about me at the Proctor & Gamble in Inwood WV. I just called up to corporate to file a complaint about him.

There's a reason why companies have their employees sign off on the anti-harrassment training modules. Even though employee x was aware that his behavior could result in coaching and or his employment contract ending, he chose to pop shish.
You gotta utilize the chain of command with the loose cannons.
