No that doesn’t answer the question.
CVSA’s comment just stuck in my mind and I personally spent time looking to prove it wrong in at least one case.

My stance is that I feel everyone and I mean everyone who travels on public roads be able to read and be able to respond to basic English.

Places, shippers and receivers like Coca~Cola require truck drivers to speak and understand English and I agree with their stance.

The scenario that you presented makes sense to be able to communicate in an emergency.

"I ain't be no good at Anglish"

A good driver/CDL candidate should be able to rewrite/redo the above -- to make it both spelling & grammatically correct.

    :p :D

Nope. Not in the mood. I know what the regs say. My opinion isn't, hasn't, nor will it ever change. I don't really care one way or the other honestly. I've got no problem with the foreigners. Though I do think, that even if they followed every single reg, passed every single requirement, did things the so-called "American Way," I think you and many others on here would still complain about the foreigners in the industry. America is becoming more diverse, and yalls spokesperson ain't gonna be in power forever. Might as well embrace and adapt. Anyway, I'm not going in the weeds on this.
    Mic drop. I'm out. Lol.

Lolol. Adapt. Lolol. Remember this when you have to “adapt” and you dont like the “new way”. Tell your wife, girlfriend, whatever that she must wear one of those umbrellas and only show her eyes. Lolol. I bet that will go over good.
