While I can't confirm it. I've been told the Bunny Ranch has truck parking. And the folks there are REAL friendly. :biggrin_2559:

Another prime spot....lots of parking. "The Burning Man", just Google it.

I've often wondered about that one up on 40. I'm going to have to put it on my list of places to check out.

There are a lot of truck friendly establishments of that nature in nv. Google ahead of time for locations and prices. Used to be a couple with free coffee, and showers for truckers. At least that's what I heard.

US89 in Arizona, just north of Flagstaff, there's a small Conoco with some parking behind it, and right across the street are the Elden Pueblo ruins. And if you walk a little bit north on 89, you'll come to a trailhead into the Coconino forest.

Also, I80 in Wyoming, the rest area at exit 260 is in a wildlife preserve- good area to go for a walk if you like nature.

That is Barringer Crater. Last time I stopped there, I wasted 2 days crawling around the site. I should have taken 3, that load still wasn't ready!
