Truck Inspections - Nationwide Scales Stopped Voluntary Inspections?

Forget what I said. Simply drive Bobtail, on a clear sunny day, and enter the Chowchilla River Scales in Ca. My "Pull In Rate" is 0 so I haven't had an inspection in over 3 years. Monday got pulled around to door #1... It's amazing how fast you get a sticker when you have Disc Brakes, a clean truck, and a no garbage piled up on the dash.

 

Same with me , been inspected 3 times in cali this year . All level 1's . They hardly even did an inspection . Banged the tires with a hammer, checked my lights, log books, and a eye test on the brake system. 15 minutes later ,new sticker on my window

 

I’m going on 5 years since last inspection. They probably noticed my disc brakes and clean dash.
