Just past this on Route 2 westbound 1/2 an mile from my humble abode. Traffic was backed up on both sides of the highway because of all the rubber neckers. Day cab laid it over after going through the S curve on the eastbound side. Route 2 is a 55 mph highway but that particular S curve has a 45 mph restriction!
I wouldn’t be surprised if it was one of JB Hunt’s trucks. They do a lot of driving along route to between Ayer and the Orange/Athol area as there are mills in that neck of the woods.

    It's unsolicited anecdote time! :happy1:

I was annoyed by this rubber necker on an on ramp as we were passing emergency vehicles and a tow truck. Purty standard fare; no overturned vehicles or blood and guts anywhere. Not much to see. Well, it didn't matter to this particular rubber necker as this distraction must have been his only entertainment for the week.

Keep in mind that we're supposed to be ACCELERATING, but numbnuts wants to keep driving a negative two miles per hour because he really needs to gawk. As soon as we cleared the last vehicle I let him know of my hot displeasure via the air horn.

Finally, numbnuts began to accelerate while police and firefighters looked in our direction. No police ever came after me.

That's when you wish you had a big foam bumper so you can give them a nudge.
