Something about learning how to remove the "suspicion" barriers between the two entities ;-)

He talked a little about it at mid america. Clamed we needed to work with the brokers they had a realy hard job negotiating with the shippers. But manley he was promoting their web site and and some classes he was putting on in Phoenix.

MMMM no carriers need to stand up and have a minimum and never go below that line it benefits nobody to have sympathy for a cheap shipper, that being said negotiating should be civil and short so as to not waste each others time. Unless it’s TQL.

You have a daughter like mine. She moved from Cali to Oregon 2 years ago with her boyfriend, and they spend all of their free time hunting and fishing. The bought a house together too. Although she hasn't managed to bag a bear. That thing is massive.

My daughter married this guy who's family is into hunting. He's taught her so much. They're just not trophy hunters, they'll have that bear butchered and eat the meat over the next year.

Just left Houston and the rates are in the gutter leaving from there . Took me a while but found a less than crap load . This is a area with over 400 loads at one point on Dat and another 150 between a couple of Broker boards I was working off of . I was trying to stay local maybe head to SA or Austin but dang I'm probably not headed back to Houston for a while. Any one else running the TX triangle?

Here ya go, this is a lumber broker that is paying the SAME dam n rate as she was 8 to 10 years ago. These are HEAVY loads that pay roughly a dollar a mile. Book one of these and you're tied up on it for 2 days. The return loads from L.A. back o Portland are going (lately) for about $1.70 a mile. So then, the sucker who does the round trip averages about $1.35/1.40 a mile right now on dry van LOL.

    • Roseburg, OR to Riverside, CA – Loads today at 2:30 pm – Rate $950
    • Dillard, OR to Riverside, CA – Loads til 10 pm by appt – Rate $950
