    Congratulations on accomplishing this. I’m sure it will be a success. Local Drivers are always looking for a safe parking spot. I wouldn’t bother with nightly or shuttles. But it’s a good idea. Overnight or daily parking may be Lucrative.

    What would you suggest for a marketing campaign in order to get a truckers attention? From my father and father in-law (both haulers) they said that word of mouth is often the best and fastest way to fill the lot. We're already cold calling and threw an add up on craigslist as well.

    What's your honest opinion? Facebook marketing, cold calling carriers etc.?

    I wound know any more than what you’re already doing. Where I live, lot of lots. All are filled. Word of mouth seems to be most effective.
