I've had others say they'd never pay for parking and would rather find an alley. We don't have to appeal to everyone and with truck parking being in such high demand it wouldn't take much to fill the lot. I will say it might be a mix of local (monthly) truckers as well as a section for the over the road (nightly) truckers. If we have 200 spots then we'd have 50 for nightly and 150 for monthly or something to that effect.[/QUOTE]
