Is there enough truck parking on I-94 from the twin cities to Fargo Moorhead area? What areas along this stretch could use more parking?

That's one of the easier areas of the country to park in. There could always be more parking closer to Minneapolis.

Yeah, TA at Rogers is about it
94 is way better than 90 in MN for parking

10 acre gravel lot at a freeway exit with no other services and two portacans. Oh, and charge $20 for parking 10 hours.

It ain't Minnesota, but its close to the same area. I-29 in South Dakota is pretty skimpy between the Flying J in Sioux Falls (MM 83) and the Coffee Cup truck stop at Summit (MM 207). Especially if you need to rest, get fuel, have truck trouble or in winter when blizzards or ice hit and things shut down.
