    "driver" maybe was in-n-out of la-la land on cruise control or watching some "distracting movie" on phone or other device?
    How ANY Driver does not SEE FLASHING LIGHTS AT NIGHT deserves to NOT BE DRIVING for a Court Mandated specified time line, like a few YEARS including the MONETARY requirement to PAY OFF THE DEBT Incurred from BLIND Incompetence (or words to that effect).

    Truck Driving would be so much easier, LIKE IT WAS, without all the Electronic DISTRACTIONS/ANNOYANCES, like the DECADES when it was so much easier.
    The only thing that became WORSE is the INCREASE IN WRECKS AND FATALITIES.
