It's about time these cheap truck stops give you all a cost of living point raise. They've been giving a penny a gallon since the beginning of time.

You use to buy twice as much back in the 90's with your points. I vote for .02 a gallon and that's my .02. :)

I have a whole shoe box full of them things.

Yesterday I was at a pilot and heard the manager talking with a customer, the manager denied the customer a rewards card because they were neither a truck driver or an RV owner. I thought it was pretty cool.

I went through my briefcase last night.... found an old TA Tabb card from the 90's and a Williams winners circle card. Next to it was an old phone card for use at pay phones. Didn't find any S&H green stamps though. Didn't Petro hand them out years ago? I know many Ma+Pa's did.

Jeez..... I need to clean that thing out more often.

That is some serious points you have, a driver the other day showed me he had over 25,000 on his card.

Was he saving up for anything in particular, or just not using them. To me, it doesn't make any sense to let them accumulate that much. But then I've lost points due to not using them in a "timely manner."

I thought you lost them also, never questioned him but he printed out the rewards ticket and it was on the receipt.

Yeah, I had some at Pilot, but when I came off the road, I put the card away and forgot about it. Then one time several years later, tried to use it at Pilot in Vegas, and was told it "had expired."

I Bought a truck wallet just to hold all the stupid cards., TA/Petro, Pilot/Flyin J, Ambest, Sapp Brothers and a couple of other more "local" truck stops.

Took all those stupid cards out of my ID wallet which is with me all the time.
