    And strangely, all of the responding officers' bodycams malfunctioned at the same time and they could not explain why the suspect had so many bruises and contusions when he was brought in for booking.

    County commissioner has stated due to the lost cruisers insurance has doubled , tax payers hit too . Is hypothetical but i wonder after loosing 200-300k in equipment
