Fuel lines from tank to Y splitter are new. Also new both tanks vents.
Truck idling fine with low fuel and pulls good. No changes in boost or engine load. I have KR scan gauge so i can monitor ECM
Truck vibrates/shakes when fuel tanks are low on fuel

I think problem is with fuel is splashing in tanks when fuel is 1/2 or less. Or something triggers vibration and then fuel splashes in the tank. But vibration is not left and right or forward and back, Its up and down

You may have cracked fuel pick/up tube in the tank that has the fuel pick/up down in the bottom of tank?
Trucker61016 and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
By shutting off engine you've eliminated it, so look closely at driveline.
Make sure all your U-joints line up, sometimes people put them together off a couple splines and go nuts trying to find a problem.
Make sure no suspension parts are binding. Check carrier bearing.Trucker61016 and Cabinover101 Thank this. -
All u joints are new, yokes line up. Nothing binding up

Is it a long single drive shaft, or a couple short ones? Are the shafts straight?
-
Its 1 long than 2 short driveshafts plus short one between diffs. I have them ballanced together. And installed how shop told me to line them up so jokes matches
