    A trucker’s dash cam is rolling for his reaction to a motorist who not only passes on the shoulder to cut in front of him, but also throws out multiple trash items on the roadway.

    The video was captured on westbound Highway 12 in Rio Vista, California, and shared by Facebook user Jason Gwilliam in February 2020.

    In the video clip, you can see the driver of a silver car pass on the shoulder and pull in front of the trucker. The car driver then proceeds to throw multiple items out of the car window onto the roadway in stopped traffic. When the trucker exits his vehicle to try to clean up after the litterbug, the car is back on the shoulder, speeding away.

    Were they going east bound? I bet that silver car is settled into a new house in Texas by now. Got all the way here in less than 12 hrs. by driving on the shoulder and had no trash in the car. Lol.

    Theres a phone number you can call in some states for littering, he’ll get a ticket in mail, can find where to send copy of vid for proof if he tries to beat it, then they can arrest for wreckless driving sbd he’ll come to them vs having to go after him.
