    do you live in LaLa Land and all is good and comfy?

    not even the best of the best areas are crime free...

    poor people, thugs, and drug addicts live everywhere.

    police everywhere need to respond to any sort of crime, especially "active shooter" call.

    are you saying that Newport RI police should not respond and have such emergency equipment?

    i'll bet dollars to donuts, even in Hawaii the police have such equipment.

    or...not far from where YOU live.
