Trucker in Road Rage Incident

Trucker will likely be charged with assault & battery, while the car driver assault with a deadly weapon & attempted homicide. That is pretty cut & dry based upon the news article. Depending upon what all is said during the investigation, reckless driving and other moving violations may be added.

Licensed or not, as soon as the threat is over (in this case, the trucker returning to his truck), you cannot legally shoot the guy...even if he DID just punch you in the face.

In this day & age, you don't know who you messing with or what tricks they may have up their sleeves to put an end to whatever it is you're trying to do to them. Much smarter to just move on.

 

simply driving on I95 in CT is enough to make anybody flip out and lose their mind

 

That's true, just move on, getting away from them, for you never know what may come about, it might be your death, even if your 100% innocent.

 

Well, not in Florida.....

 

That's not even the worst part of 95 in Ct lol that stretch is usually pretty tame compared to the lower end......but I've sure been through there enough times to deal with enough of those idiots I'd love to put into the wall along various stretches.

I'm surprised there isn't more of this kind of thing going on up there.

 

Truck driver was struck several times with shots fired from 9mm then drives off and is later hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries? Must have been one tough SOB.

 

This truck driver is very fortunate that he did not get killed.

 

Two idiots crossed paths, happens millions of times daily....
