Trucker loses battle with heavy cargo and topples

He's off his driver side wheels while he's still on the road. There was no saving that.

I looked at this a few times. It's a weird one: he comes out of a left curve onto a straightaway, THEN the truck starts rolling to the right.

Did anyone else notice what sounded like tires catching the rumble strip on the zipper just as the roll started? That was how I first interpreted the noise, until I realized that sounded more like a blown steer tire and the noise continued until they came to a stop.

I think there's more to this story that the cam driver doesn't know.

 

I think they ran it off the roadway too.

 

He is drifting off the pavement to the right. He realizes it and over corrects to get back centered in his lane, and over he goes.
Classic not paying attention to the job at hand. Doubt it had anything to do with load shifting, one of the most common excuses for this type of accident.

 

to fast for conditions. Only way to get that rig to flip.

 

You used to see CRuST rolled over all the time. They must've gotten an "old skool" trainer for the company.
