    A lot of women I've been with also tend to choke, then they would lose control and turn over. It's known to happen.

    I knew a guy that had a bad cough from getting sick.

    He went into a coughing fit while driving, passed out and flipped over his truck & trailer loaded with beer near Pleasanton, CA a couple of years ago. It happens.

    Yes it does happen and hurts and vomits if you caugh hard enough.In this case cops might think he fell asleep and using the donut story as a cover up.
