Don't know about you, but "no one", can make me drive over my hours.

 

that little computer in the truck prevents over hours driving. Unless you like hearing it go off saying hos violations.

 

Firstly, not all trucking companies operate this way. Not all recruiters lie. The last 3 jobs I’ve had, I was treated like gold and not lied to.

I left one because there were better paying opportunities to drive stateside at the time. It was my best paying job up until that time, but after nearly 5 years my circumstances had changed and the boss was upfront that he couldn’t match what I was being offered.

I left the second one for a job that pays better and gets me home weekly instead of biweekly. All 3 jobs turned out to be exactly what they were pitched as, and my tastes changed over time.

As far as HOS and ELD manipulation goes, if that’s a factual accusation, you should report it. If it’s not true, you should consider deleting that part of your comment as you’re liable to be sued for defamation. It’s a crime to falsely accuse any legal entity of criminal behaviour.

 

So next your gonna tell me dispatchers lie!

 

Sure seems to be alot of crybaby truckers nowadays.
