Truckers face new roadside saliva tests under state law

It's a bit weird and has potential issues, but I'm sure the same is said about PBTs. Lots of truck drivers on drugs other than alcohol.

I’d rather spit in a cup than pee in it is my thoughts. Or have a Q-tip swab whatever.

Considering the recent case where pee tests were testing positive because the manufacturer was lieing and potentially put thousands maybe tens of thousands of folks in jail for "fake" DUIs recently. Id rather do a spit swap. Unlike a pee test which can take days to come back. I can demand a reswab on the spot with a diffrent brand.
