Research is always available, you start by looking at the finances and actual assets or you walk away if they refuse.

South Florida trucking companies are no different than those from LA, Chicago area and NJ.
Low budget, shady owners and usually recent immigrants with money.

 

How can people be so dumb? So many scams, in Florida especially, and Surprise!! A crooked Trucking Company. I doubt they’ll get a dime back.

Such a good deal.
I give you money to buy a truck, hoping to get a bunch of money from what that truck earns.

But the truck bought is old and used and it breaks down.
And it seems that I am the owner of the truck so I have the burden of the cost to repair it?

Did any of them read the fine print in the contract? Or the bold print, for that matter?

 

Doubt if there is really any contract.

I invest any money into something like this, my lawyers are involved, no matter how much money is invested.

I can not see someone taking a $100k and just handing it to someone without legal representation being involved, they deserve the loss.
