I heard they keep their truckers happy with good pay and good benefits and they are very selective which truckers to hire. Your thoughts.

At many DCs they now hire third party companies to haul.
I hauled costco freight out of SLC for two summers. Things ran pretty well. You have to sit on a special red bench and watch your truck get unloaded at the store and sometimes it takes a while.
Most workers got paid above average for what they did so very little turnover at the stores.
Not sure what its like being a company driver for them as I have never even seen a costco truck.Lonesome and hopeful eyes Thank this. -
Only Costco trucks Ive seen are day cabs pulling triple axle 53’s around the Seattle to Portland area.
