Where did you found this? This is first time i saw geniune MB 5axle without hub reduction, which is by my knowlage not possible. (just check manual spec sheet document, it says this drive axles are not available with 10x4 chassis)

This should be very new thing (not yet available in spec sheet list). This type of hypoid axles are available in N/A, in EU they are limited here to max 428hp 11L engine
