I don't know why that was so funny to me but actually laughed out loud when I read this.

 

Unlimited free land and they can't even build a parking lot. No way I'd let truck drivers park on my land. Have you seen a truck stop lately. Disgusting creatures some of these animals. I blame the government, there's no logical reason not to have truck haven parking all over the place. No reason other than corruption. I tried to park in Georgia one time after I already ran 11 hours, right when I first started, and didn't know anything, that was a mistake. Let's just say I used a little PC that night.

 

I think I'll stay put for now but I might go talk with selectrucks. They seem to have reasonable prices and are all setup for first time owner ops. At least from what I've seen online. I'm not exactly itching to jump in, but if rates keep going up thru the whole summer it's going to be tempting.

 

Trucking is a tough business, I got a lot of respect for the guys that have figured it out and are making it work.

 

Yeah hobby farm sounds nice, I want one. Gotta watch out for the ticks tho. I don't want to become allergic to meat I'm not sure what you mean? The government gives themselves essentially unlimited free money and takes whatever they want anyway. All that is needed is parking. They don't have to build full truck stops. They don't even need full rest areas. Just truck haven parking. It's insane there's not easy parking everywhere. I blame the Democrats, but only because it's definitely all their fault.

 

That's almost them paying you to take it.
