Yeah it probably is 102. Yet if the body is over heated and gets into a tub that is 105, you wont feel much in 5 minutes but want to fall asleep.

 

hot tubs can go beyond 104, most people have them set between 103-110 depending on preference. in a restaurant the water coming out of the Sink MUST be at least 110 degrees to pass a health inspection and 110 isn't that hot.

The internal body temp shouldn't be over 104 or you will die. getting in a hot tub at 107 wont kill you, your body can compensate for a quite a while
