Why would you WANT anybody coming back into the lane that soon, blocking your view of what is ahead and eliminating any and all hope of your being able to avoid ANYTHING that might happen until they've pulled away?</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>It doesn't matter if you're driving 60 or 80 mph, there will ALWAYS be "that guy" who just has to get past you, even though he's only got 1/4 mph left in his pedal.
