    Ask for a solo run…?
Trying to keep hostilities at the workplace a minimum?

They don't have any solo runs. Senior drivers have that locked up.

It depends on what your needs are and what both are offering. Magnum as far as I know is purely OTR with some local positions née their terminals. Tyson probably has more regional runs. You have to know what you want in order to decide which is better, or for any of us to give an educated opinion. Now me personally, I'd go Magnum because I'm purely an OTR guy through and through. If Tyson has OTR positions then I'd listen, but from what I gather from drivers who've worked there, and the jobs that I've seen available, it seems to be moreso local and regional positions. I don't know that to be factual. Also one driver's story is seldom the next driver's story. I'm only saying what I would do if it were me. It's all about what you want out of a company or the industry. When you know yourself, then you know where you need to be.
