I was in Tijuana this weekend, arrived early Friday morning and left Saturday night. I saw absolutely nothing of that nature. I was so happy to see empty streets. The traffic flow was the best I’ve ever seen. Took me 15 minutes to cross back in line, shortest time ever for a weekend. There were no killings in Tijuana but Ciudad Juárez had it bad along further down south. Btw, I was prepared for the worse, I wrapped my Tequila bottles in bullet proof vest.

You’re a brave guy Diesel. I wouldn’t chance it. If I lived in Tijuana I’d be drinking my mezcal at home and let the federales beef it out.

Send in the US Army, and slowly city by city and bring Mexico into the US. Problem solved. 58 states by 2050.

I think you have another thing coming, if you believe they want to be part of the US. There are so many expats in Ciudad de México that they are about to throw them out by force. :)
