    Yes we need Tort reform. We need the system England has
    where if I sue you and lose I have to pay your legal bills.
    The high cost of school and malpractice insurance has made
    it so its not as profitable to be a Doctor anymore. How about
    Australia ? How do they handle it?

    I can't answer on the question of how it's done in Australia as it's been 8yrs since I was there but it has changed, that much I know.
    I do remember before I came over here that a US Health provider wanted to set up shop in New South Wales and work on the US system - they were told by the then Premier of NSW that it's done our way or not at all - they abandoned the move.
