UFO witnesses reported seeing 'four-foot-tall' crewmen wearing space suits and helmets

Billions of cell phones with cameras that take exquisitely clear photos, yet all we ever see are grainy, out of focus blurry photos of supposed UFO's.

You're not wrong but even with technology and how great phone cameras are people still take bad blurry pics with them all the time. Here's a quick pic of an antique late 1930's DC-3 that was flying I tried to get a good pic of the other day ago with my S25. Zoom in on it if you will. It ain't the greatest pic. When you're in a hurry to get a pic it ain't easy to get a crystal clear good one, even with a good camera like an S25 has.
