That's one of the things that led to this overkill. I remember reading about driving schools in Ontario that specialized in trainees from European countries with odd languages, where all training was conducted in their own tongue. Seemingly they were also a testing station so everything was in house and according to the trucking paper were all charging around 995 dollars including test.

 

Now they’ll just have fake Melt certificates. Nothing has changed other than the amount of money that’s driven into the companies pockets and tax the Government can charge on the course.
