Most of the time drivers damage the truck/trailer big or small. Companies get the most expensive estimate from shops and charge the drivers. But they get their unit fixed at low-cost shops and they have some margin of profit.
My question is, is there any way to make the company to pull his unit to more affordable shop (even tho the quality is the same) or if driver willing to repair it let him do the job? is there anyone who could legally force the company?
unfair charge for unit damage caused driver
