From what a friend of mine told me…. United is a decent outfit to work for. You’d be moving scissor lifts, fork lifts and other assorted things. They are very strict on safety, PPE is mandatory.
He will sometimes clean equipment, and help load other rental items for customers.
All in all he has good things to say about them. -
Both are great local jobs as long as you can handle chains/binders many times per day.
hope not dumb twucker Thanks this. -
I used to deliver to a sunbelt location around me. Guys that worked there were Teamsters, always pleasant to talk to and when asked had good things to say about the company. I’d have probably gone that direction if I wasn’t enamored with tanker work.
