Also likely never paid 1 red cent in ifta or taxes in general. And sadly there are thousands maybe 10s or even 100s of thousands just like this animal or worse out there.

 

My question is "when is the broker getting charged as an accessory before the fact?"

Follow up - "is the shipper going to be held accountable for putting a load on an unregistered truck?"

Next question - "if we increased the rate of inspection to the point that every driver has a 10% chance of being inspected on any given day, how long before drivers stop complaining about immigrants and start complaining about over regulation?"

If we want to deal with this problem, that's what it's going to take. Hold shippers and brokers responsible for the carriers they hire and increased regulatory oversight (no new rules, just actually enforce what already exists).

 

We don't need foreign drivers killing people. We have American ones doing it. ( See tanker accident)

 

In a video I watched about this it stated that he had 1 or 2 inspections. What state DOT/Highway patrol would let him go this is just getting more and more ridiculous by the day.

Everyday gets more obvious we need a nationwide ICE inspection blitz and keep it going as long as needed.
