    Been there, done that with gypsum. A much safer and effective way. Find an excivator. Or lower the bed and start digging.

    When I was doing paving, part of the job was excavating out the old drive. Had a tandem Ford Louisville, digging out a drive, looked kind of wet. well, it stuck tight, and this guy is pretty stupid. I stood on top and chipped away at it, just as dangerous if it "let's go". The grader guy said "what took so long"? I just glared at him,,,"pretty wet, huh?"
