Unprofessional Company – Stole Driver’s Property False Accusations, Missing Pay, and Property Theft

WARNING TO DRIVERS:
HEHO Corporation is one of the most unprofessional trucking companies my family has ever dealt with. My brother was assigned to a truck in Savannah, GA and had a verified doctor’s appointment. The owner falsely claimed he “lied about the appointment” and even said he quit, which is completely untrue.

Without any notice or communication, the company recovered the truck while he was still assigned to it. When he returned, the truck was gone — along with all of his personal belongings, including prescription medication, clothing, shoes, and electronics. None of this was authorized or communicated.

They then tried to justify not paying him by saying the truck “had to be recovered,” even though he never abandoned the vehicle and was never told it was being taken.

He has full proof of his assignment: the ignition key, ELD logs, dispatch records, photos, and text messages. HEHO refuses to return his property or acknowledge their wrongdoing.

This company engages in dishonesty, unsafe practices, and wage withholding. Drivers should avoid HEHO Corporation if they value their safety, pay, and personal property. The truck number is #F4232

He is not from Chicago he is from GA they literally sent another driver to GA to take the truck while he was being seen by his doctor he returned back to his truck with it being gone with his belongings included . It was no conversation about it no type of communication nothing . I will not be silent about this what they did was dead wrong and needs to be investigated. They have lied to the police they have thrown out items that belong to my brother the driver is currently driving the truck in Ohio where I ping my brothers phone and it appears to be in a dirt field .

So how can he go about retrieve his stolen items if that is possible because he has gps headsets on the truck currently . They have blocked his number but answered when the police called them .
