Upgraded a/c hose for 2015 T880?

Quarry road vibration has broken 11 evaporator cores where the a/c hose connects to the evap and need a solution because the evaps only last about a year!

I watched a Justin Sturgill Trucking YT video where he replaces the factory original hose with an upgraded Paccar hose that has a metal bracket that bolts to the firewall in the middle run of the rubber hose on his Peterbilt and the factory hose assembly looks identical to the one on my KW.

Anyone familiar with this issue, the upgraded hose or a solution to this problem? Thanks!
