As an 29yr vetran of the road with 2.5 million miles of safe driving, I work for W/X an I find from my experience that every company has its bad eggs or apples (which ever you prefer). I agree we have alot of them at W/X, but there are men and women drivers like myself who are tryin to make the change within the company of our image. It will take some time, lots of patients and yes even some walkin away. Hell maybe it wont work at all. The "modern" driver doesn't care, companies don't care as well as our customers, just look at places we go, places we eat, shower, sleep and How are we treated, like crap and a dollar bill sign. It's up to me to make the change. If you look at other compaines, Idon't care who you pick on this website, you see the same remarks you see here. There's cracker heads everywhere. Sorry, thats just the reality of today. I do what I can to change me and leave a positive impression, not the other person.
