    Uhhh...okay. I don't know what his experience was, but...

    UPS Freight is a typical LTL company. You start out on call at the bottom of the list. Starting out can be slow. They pay well. Company-paid insurance and benefits.

    Teaming is another matter. Not sure how they run it, whether on set runs or random on-call. Can't help you there.
