Sure doesn’t sound like a seasonal gig if they’re saying you’ll be in the teamsters and have benefits. I’m not aware of any local supplements that provide insurance to seasonals. What part of the country?
LtlAnonymous Thanks this. -
I'm in Buffalo NY. The seasonal pay is $30 and hour. Then In January it drops too $21 I guess that's the starting rate for feeder driverLtlAnonymous Thanks this. -
if I'm being honest, I've never heard of a seasonal driver getting insurance, but weird things happen.Buffalonytrucker92 Thanks this. -
I'm just repeating what I was told. Cause I was surprised and asked him twice. He said when it drops to that $21 and is slow they try to get you working enough to keep insurance.
Other question. If the feeder pay rate starts at $21. What are the pay progressions like? Isn't too out like $38 or somethingLtlAnonymous Thanks this. -
Mileage: 58, 62, 66, 70 and 86 cpm.
If pulling doubles, you make .50 more per hour, and .02 more cpm.Buffalonytrucker92 Thanks this. -
Idk if it's true. Sister in law husband is a package delivery driver, was saying 100 people are set too retire this year. And 200 by the end of next year. I'm not sure if I believe thats true I guess perfect time to get onLtlAnonymous Thanks this. -
And hey... I saw you mentioned USF Holland in the OP. I'm not going to bad mouth a company, but I would HEAVILY look into their financial situation. -
