My husband just started driving hauling mail,he was issued a temporary postal id and the permanent id will be mailed if he pass usps background check. My question is can he be denied when he had a criminal history of theft ( removing cigarette prop, stupid highschool peer pressure):biggrin_25522: when he was 18 now he is 28 so it was ten years ago' he was very honest with that in the forms that he filled out, would rather be honest than hiding and praying that they won't find them out?
If he get denied, what actions can you take from the usps to reconsider his application for postal id?:biggrin_2556:

If he disclosed the information up front, they already know and decided to move forward with him. As long as the info on the form is reasonably accurate, he will be fine.

Look back to where you posted same question in good company forum under eagle. I answered there.
