It is believed that US Pipe (subsidiary of Mueller Water) will be a large beneficiary of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

Who hauls their products ? Any word on orders ramping up in the near future?

American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009, Division A, Title XVI, Section 1605 leads me to the assumption. It is clear that product, i.e. pipe used, be manufactured on American soil. There is a competitive cost requirement clause mentioned, but allows up to 25% over non-native(foreign) cost.
